Horse riding is a high risk sport we strongly advise that both you and your horse have personal insurance cover.

● Healed riding boots, riding hats and body protectors must be worn and securely fastened at all times when on your horse and must meet current standards. You can check the latest guidelines on
www.bhs.org.uk/advice-and-information/safetyadvice

● Please ride within you and your horses capabilities.

● If using an instructor or trainer they must have their own relative insurance.

● All riders must be a accompanied by one other person. No lone riding!

● Riders must be 8 years or over.

● Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

● No more than two spectators per rider.

● Any children not riding must be supervised by an adult at all times.

● Barrow Farm is a working farm, we would prefer you left your dog at home, if they must come they need to be on a short lead at all times.

● Horses and ponies must be up to date with Flu and Tetanus vaccinations. Passports must be available for checking.

● Cars, lorries, trailers and personal belongings are all left at your own risk. Barrow Farm Equestrian can not be held responsible for accident, damage or loss of personal items whilst on the premises.

● Any damages or breakages must be reported on the day.

● Barrow Farm Equestrian reserves the right to cancel any bookings in the event of adverse weather conditions or any other safety issues that may arise.

● Please give 24 hours notice if you wish to cancel your booking and a full refund will be issued.

● Please ensure that you clear up after yourselves taking away any rubbish, horse poo and hay!

● Please make sure that you close gates behind you to keep the training field secure.
